When will I receive my item? 

 
  • Items labeled In-Stock ship within 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 1-2 weeks.

  • Items labeled Pre-Order have estimated shipping dates in the product description. Estimated dates may differ depending on item.

You should receive a separate email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped.


Customs/Duties

 
  • Okej ships worldwide from Sweden and USA. Items are very likely to incur customs charges upon their arrival in the destination country. These are fees set by the local government. Okej is not responsible for these fees.

  • If you have questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.


Free Shipping

 
  • Most items ship free to Scandinavia, Europe, North America, and Japan. See individual product for shipping info.


Do you ship Internationally?

 

Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • There is a $200 shipping fee for orders outside of Europe and North America.

International packages may or may not incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country. If you have questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.


Where do you ship from?

 

Rugs ship from Sweden.

Shelves ship from USA.


Returns/Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange or return your item please email us at hello@okejstudio.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

RUGS

  • There is a 30% restocking fee when you make a return. (This fee covers Okej’s shipping, handling, and restocking expenses.)

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Okej. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid by Okej.

  • Okej does not cover return shipping fees on items bought with free shipping.

  • Exchanges are not eligible for free shipping. Okej will send new item once exchanged item is received back at Okej and shipping fee of new item is payed.

  • We do not accept returns on made-to-order and pre-order items.

FURNITURE /SHELVES

  • No restock fee.

  • Email us for returns.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Okej. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid by Okej.

  • Okej does not cover return shipping fees on items bought with free shipping.

Okej reserves the right to refuse returned items that are not in original condition due to following reasons (but not limited to): missing original packaging, item packaged differently than way received, missing components, visible damages caused by customer or incorrect packaging.

Our return policy is designed to limit waste of resources. We care about our environment and strive to be mindful of waste.


Cancellations

 

We prepare your order for shipping as soon as possible. This results in a small window where changes to an order can be made. If your order has been dispatched for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Make sure to contact us immediately hello@okejstudio.com, if your order has not yet been processed for shipment we will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or edit your order.
